| About Sheila V. Curriculum Vitae Born in Fresno and raised in Selma, California, Sheila’s maternal grandparents migrated to California from Northern Texas in the early 1940’s. Her great grandfather, a British English/African American, married a Native Cherokee Medicine Woman. As well, Sheila’s paternal great grand- mother, of the Creek Nation was of equal power. An only child of this powerful combination, Sheila was destined to receive her gifts and challenged her whole life with mastering her abilities. An Aries of the Zodiac, she overcame her challenges, at seemingly insurmountable odds and with grace under fire. Her spiritual name AL.LA.YA (Way to Enlightenment); Sheila is a great influence in the angelic realm. Ordained by the Universal Life Church Ministry and destined through a life experience requiring the examination and balance of military, civilian/practical, universal, spiritual & religious law, Sheila is capable of delivering the answer to a very important question, “WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE IN LIFE?” In the practical world, Sheila lives on St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands with her eldest of two daughters, Keanna, 25, a model boxer and aspiring spokes-model. Her youngest Michaela, 20, remains in Los Angeles, California where they lived together as a family for 16 years. Michaela is a linguistics student also studying to be a licensed paramedic. Sheila graduated from Selma High in 1984, only two weeks after bringing her best friend and business partner, Keanna into this world. Sheila then joined the United States Air Forces Reserve where she earned the equivalent of an Associate Degree as a Medical Technician, primarily disciplined in emergency, field medicine and mental health. Sheila furthered her education by obtaining special training in aerospace medicine, allowing her to earn the privilege of becoming an Aeromedical Evacuation Technician and the wings to go with the title; shortly after bringing her next best friend, Michaela into this world. After serving six months in Germany and Saudi Arabia in support of the 1990/'91 Gulf War, and towards the end of her six-year tour of duty in the Air Force, Sheila moved to Los Angeles, California. She was motivated by her interests in physical fitness, entertainment, and her desire to earn a role on the then-famous TV show American Gladiators. The role was never obtained, but the level of concentration and commitment to make the attempt led to the advanced development of her intuitive abilities. Sheila remained in the mainstream of society pursuing employment and entrepreneurial opportunities in health and fitness, medicine, entertainment, aerospace, business administration, law, and financing believing each opportunity would lead to a promising career in its field. Eventually and inevitably, each path led her to the One Path that has shown her the most promise, the Path of Enlightenment. Sheila’s hobbies include crocheting, traveling, learning foreign languages, watching science fiction and adventure TV and movies, hanging out with her daughters, and most of all, riding motorcycles. Primarily focused on the study of spirituality and universal law, teaching life skills, and supporting her daughter’s endeavors, Sheila is very happy. Evermore so, it is her mission to combine powerful forces, both spiritual and physical, in the effort to end extreme poverty that stimulates her spiritual growth. Recently, Sheila received an inheritance of land in Northern Texas, upon which she will develop a new sanctuary for those in need. By virtue of her ability to discern the appropriate course of action in all matters of life and living, the gift of land and God's Divine Will, Sheila has vowed to eradicate extreme poverty in America and worldwide in her lifetime. |
