Classes by Sheila V.  are greatly
interactive, group Life Coaching sessions where the
participants stand-in as each others parents,
employers, spouses & lovers.   Using Sheila V's intuitive
insight as your guide, you will no-doubt realize the
most effective means of communication, action or
inaction necessary to resolve any conflict and fulfill
any desire.   

Classes are often held at Harmony Schools, 8440 Santa
Monica Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90069.  Some classes
offer  neck & back rubs to help reduce stress just before
settling in to discuss how-to build stronger
relationships, have greater sex and achieve balance in
life.  Duration of all classes is 2 ½ hrs.

Pre-screening
Classes are private and some of the content is sexually
explicit so you must be 18 or older to attend.   Pre-
screening is mutually beneficial because it allows you
to ask as many questions of me as it gives me an
opportunity to determine if you possess an open mind
and the  positive attitude necessary to be productive in
class.   For pre-screening, simply send an email with

Energy, Mind & Matter (EMM) ~
Law of Attraction
Manipulation of universe energy is ever in accordance
with the personal will and the all wise mandates of the
Universal Creator.  

In this class we'll seek first to understand your purpose
in life then to reveal your calling.  Realize your
influence as a being in the spiritual and material
worlds, then learn how to use the universal law of
attraction (energy, mind & matter), to make everything
you want happen.  

Sounds easy enough, but in order to be successful
you'll also have to face the challenge of alignment, that
is actually being mentally, emotionally and physically
prepared to receive what you're asking devoid of the
inescapable responsibility of heritage, under the
universal law of retribution and acceptance of what has
already been set in motion per the universal law of
cause and effect.  The end result is a life changed to
resemble your dream(s).

Life Skills
Life Skills classes are designed to teach each and
everyone of its participants how to successfully
maneuver through life and living to reach a positive
outcome in as many situations as possible.

Each class is designed to address your questions and
concerns regarding any and all matters of life and
living as it pertains to you as an individual.

As a participant you will be requested to complete
Sheila V's Life Skills questionnaire which will
collectively determine the topic of the class for the
evening.  
Tantra Body Healing Workshop  (workshop not scheduled at this time)
The Ancient Religion Tantrism has been practiced for thousands of years by men and women who believed the practice would
bring the women/Goddess Mothers closer to understanding the divine order of life.   The Purpose of Tantra is to Empower Women to
embrace their beauty and strengthen men; Empower Men to yield to their strengths and honor women, and provide guidance to both on
how to achieve fulfillment in relationships while maintaining balance in life.

Tantra Training is given as a 15 week course (3 series - 5 classes per series)

Tantra Body Healing Sessions (available upon request)
A Tantric Body Healing Session will guide you to a place within yourself that yearns for the burning of passion to ignite the flames of
your ever desire.  Your Tantric Master or Goddess has the power to raise your vital sexual energy to its peak and using sensual
stimulation, move that energy through your body for an experience so intense it will change your life.

Having the ancient sacred knowledge of spiritual sensuality and sexuality will intensify your intimate relations for years to come.  Your
Master or Goddess will relate to you on multiple levels; easing your mind and strengthen your heart while relaxing your body in
preparation for its new reality.

During your time together the 2 of you will explore:

                                      Sacred sexual communication so you can obtain mastery in communicating to increase              
                                      your power of attraction,

                                     A body healing ritual using erotic visualization, breathing and sound to maximize sexual             
                                      power, pleasure and performance,

                                     Ancient and modern sexercises that will intensify and extend your orgasm into a                           
                                      whole-body experience lasting up to an hour or more,

                                     Soulful ecstasy intended to heighten sensual and spiritual awareness and

                                     Deepen intimacy that will depend on controlling our sexual urges to gain sexual                             
                                      empowerment.

Couples, we invite you to share with one-another the experience your beloved may otherwise seek elsewhere to have.  Together we will
unfold the secrets of each of your desires.  Knowing how to fulfill those desires can be the key to securing your relationship.
