| Classes by Sheila V. are greatly interactive, group Life Coaching sessions where the participants stand-in as each others parents, employers, spouses & lovers. Using Sheila V's intuitive insight as your guide, you will no-doubt realize the most effective means of communication, action or inaction necessary to resolve any conflict and fulfill any desire. Classes are often held at Harmony Schools, 8440 Santa Monica Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90069. Some classes offer neck & back rubs to help reduce stress just before settling in to discuss how-to build stronger relationships, have greater sex and achieve balance in life. Duration of all classes is 2 ½ hrs. Pre-screening Classes are private and some of the content is sexually explicit so you must be 18 or older to attend.
