Step 4: Upon Receiving Schedule Confirmation from Sheila V's office click the Donate button to make your deposit. I provide 1 to 2 assistants to entice, entertain and manage list of guest waiting to be read. We arrive 1 hr. early to set-up & give readings to host(s). It'll be a party to remember, it always is!!! |
| Special Event Terms and Conditions 1) Click to download a Special Events Service Retainer form, which must be completed prior to event. 2) 50% of negotiated fees are due upon retaining service, remaining 50% is due upon arrival at event. 3) Readings may be given in the following increments or as specified by event host: 3 min. ~ 3 cards ~ 16 guests per hr. 5 min. ~ 3+ cards ~ 10 guests per hr. 8 min. ~ 5 cards ~ 6 guests or 3 couples per hr. 12 - 15 min. ~ 5+ cards ~ 4 guests or 3 couples per hr. Event host is primarily responsible for overall event fees, however, guests may be charged per reading at event host's request. 4) Readings in excess of 15 minutes in length, requested at special event, will be scheduled for later dates so as not to disrupt the flow of readings given to the guests of the specified event. 5) Make all checks payable to Sheila V. Tabarsi, credit cards are accepted via Paypal.com, by clicking the donation button below. 6) Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of service must be requested in writing no less than 7 days prior to date of event to receive a partial refund. Booking fee of 15% of total fee for service is non- refundable. Services cancelled within 7 days of scheduled event will result in forfeiture of deposit. 7) All Readings Are Confidential and may only be recorded by the person receiving the reading.
